Our rights as a seller:

  • We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.
  • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

  • We won't take responsibility for incorrect disposal of our packaging and or advertising materials.
  • We do not need to provide our address should we feel threatened by any person or persons in any way.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund.
  • Our delivery days and times are at our disgression, should there be a reason we can't deliver your item/s we will contact you as soon as possible and aim to provide an alternative solution.
  • We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone under the age of 18 if there is an issue with payment and or delivery.
  • We cannot sell alcohol or alcohol containing products to anyone under the age of 18.
  • In accepting these Terms and Conditions you agree to provide Bulkingmeals.co.uk/Nutritiondoneright.co.uk truthful and accurate information and act in accordance with the Licensing Act of 2003.
  • By accepting these Terms and Conditions you take full responsibility for the purchase of our products for other people, by placing an order on Nutritiondoneright.co.uk you confirm that you and the person the order is to be delivered to is 18+ years old.
  • We cannot guarantee each meal will be of the same weight, although we make every effort to make sure our products are as accurate as possible we hold the right to a 0-10% tollerance on all meals.
  • The packaging of our products may vary from that shown on images on our website and or social media platforms.
  • We may recall a product if we deem it in the best interest of a customers health and safety.
